This position is to lead detailing projects related to engines / components and work with internal and external partners for scope understanding, prioritizing and query resolution. Communicate with stake holders on project progress regularly. Helping the team members with technical and product related queries. Maintain the Drawing quality and delivery targets.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in an accredited Engineering plus 8-10 years experience or a masters degree in Engineering 4-5 years experience.

• Incumbent must be able to demonstrate the ability to gain a mastery of complex engineering and manufacturability concepts. 

• Must have a good mechanical aptitude with ability to develop product concepts. 

• Requires strong leadership ability and good communications skills.

• 5 years Experience in supporting Engine Product experience in modelling and detailing of Engine parts.

• Strong Knowledge and rich experience in anyone or more of the following areas – Sheetmetal, Castings, and SDP Fluid Lines.

• Knowledge on Engine systems and components.

• GD&T Knowledge and well versed in application on component detailing like Casting, Sheet metals, Tubes and Hose Assemblies.

• Ability to work multiple projects simultaneously and to make sound priority decisions

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience, handling 3 people work.
