Job Description

As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Interfacing with technology engineering teams on new product development ensuring they are integrated into the manufacturing production process meeting all critical manufacturability requirements.
  • Analyze analog and digital circuits to ensure they meet specifications and/or to find root cause of defects.
  • Design necessary test fixtures, circuit boards, and tooling for new products and in supporting existing product fixtures.
  • Support manufacturing operators, technicians, and supervisors across multiple work centers to troubleshoot manufacturing test and fixtures.
  • Perform Third Part Reviews analyzing test and board designs to determine defect root cause and corrective actions.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in Electrical Engineering design, development, and analysis.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital and analog circuity
  • Experience with In Circuit Test (ICT) design, development, and troubleshooting. 
  • Experience with Agilent - Medalist i3070 Series 5
  • Experience with National Instruments LadView, TestStand, and PXI Equipment.
  • Experience with debugging tools: oscilloscopes, multi-meters, function generators.
  • Experience in embedded systems and/or programming object-oriented code C/C++/C#.
  • Knowledge using mechanical CAD Software.
  • Knowledge or experience in boundary scan testing and manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of and experience with the Bently Nevada product line.
