Our teams are focused on delivering next generation IT capabilities to unlock growth and deliver business results. In support of that, we are looking for a Sr. Network Engineer in our Omaha office. The focus of this role will be to lead our Wireless, Voice and Edge Network Services platform to meet Conagra’s growing needs for a modern and dynamic landscape

You Will:

• Deliver IT managed services that meet established Service Level Agreements                   
• Maintain relationships with strategic suppliers and stay informed of latest data center technologies and best practices
• Partner with the Conagra Vendor Management Organization and Finance on asset management to ensure compliance on licensed software and physical assets
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting and financial management processes
• Contribute to innovation and promote development of technology roadmaps through collaboration with all levels of the enterprise.
• Partner with internal IT teams and 3rd party providers including COLO data center providers to ensure the reliable and cost-effective infrastructure service delivery
• Architect and oversee Layer 1 and 2 network infrastructures to offer maximum level availability
• Establish and enforce best practices and serve as internal partner for IT teams, Facilities, Real Estate and Physical Security teams
• Partner with 3rd party vendors on Data Center rack design, power, cooling, performance, and mechanical requirements to implement data center best practices and compliance
• Be a point of escalation for production support issues in partnership with global managed service provider

You Have:

• Experience with information technology and new technology trends including Network, Compute, Storage,
• Experience with design and implementation of data center power grids, cooling systems, ventilation and airflow, structured cabling and floor space layouts
• Experience using industry leading DCIM software packages
• Experience implementing Data Center Management best practice monitoring
• Ability to complete manual tasks, lift up to 40 pounds and work in a physical data center
• Ability to accommodate domestic Travel: 10%

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• CCNA certified( preferred)
• DCFOM or DCFOS or similar certification (preferred)
