Our Finance Team provides support and administration of the Global Corporate Card Program for Travel & Expense for the business through various reporting methods.

Supporting the Corporate Cards team program with all activities as it pertains to administration, contract management, projects and operations.
 

As Lead Corporate Card Administrator, you will be responsible for:
 

• Managing the controllership and financial reporting of projects in accordance with internal control rules.
• Ensuring project accounting is in accordance with Company guidelines; define milestone and liaise with accounting for revenue recognition.
• Organizing the project reviews from start to the end of each contract, Ensuring consistency with project teams.
• Analyzing the execution performance and propose action plans to improve contract margin and cash profile
• Advising Functional managers or other Functions regarding approaches, processes and procedures in the own field.
• Creating effective communication with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to meet the objectives.

To be successful in this role you will:
 

• Able to utilize computers for communication, daily job reporting and other work-related purposes
• Show a high level of financial acumen and experience of project cost control
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
