Lead Commercial Technical Training Specialist

As a Lead Commercial Technical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Provide Technical Instruction & Support of Nexus OnCore Controls Hardware & Software; HMI Computer Software Commercial Technical curriculum topics.

  • Promote and Elevate the Nexus Controls Internal Training Brand.

  • Instruct Internal Training Courses & Curriculum to reach Skill-Development targets.

  • Develop new technical training curriculums and content using Instruction Design techniques (i.e. ADDIE design).

  • Drive continuous improvement feedback loop discussions to improve training.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Bachelor's in Science degree from an accredited university/college or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years commercial experience.

  • Have 3 years of Sales Experience.

  • Have Industrial Controls Commercial Experience: Sale or quoting support for Hardware, Software Logic, Application Experience in one of the following (Chemical Processing Applications, Metal Refinement Applications, Water Treatment Applications, Pulp & Paper Applications, Pwr Production Applications, Oil Production Applications)

  • Being able to speak fluent English

  • Working remotely and need availability of 25% to travel for facility trainings at any of 7 global factory locations

Salary range: $90,000 annually
