Boeing Global Services is currently looking for Mid-Level Software Application Developers in Englewood, CO. This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Englewood, CO. Developers will focus on integrating digital solutions to solve customer problems, and transform the way digital software products are delivered to our customers. This position will focus on supporting their Digital Solutions and Analytics (DS&A) organization in Boeing Global Services. The ideal candidate is a full-stack software developer that is able to build end to end solutions in a cloud environment. Conversant in develops concepts, continuous integration / deployment, test automation, data storage technologies, REST APIs development and UI Development. Self-starter with an Agile and collaborative mindset a must.

Position Responsibilities:

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection controls
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Write technical documentation
• Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software
• Data Science and Analytics expert
• Security expert
• Data Architecture and Governance expert
• User interface design and development expert
• API Design expert

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3 or more years Java development experience
• 2 or more years Cloud development experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Java
• Spring Boot
• Kubernetes/Docker/Containerization
• SQL
• Azure
• HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Angular

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master’s and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience, 9 years related work experience).

Relocation:

Summary pay range: 69,000 – 128,000
