DESCRIPTION

EPAM project for Luxury Fashion Brand from Top-100 market leaders is looking for Senior BA with high-level technical background.

To be efficient on our project, candidate should understand main building blocks of modern e-commerce projects, dependencies and common domain terminology as well as general understanding of modern SDLC's and common engineering tools and practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer communication
• Customer' expectations management
• Proactively interact with other teams in order to share knowledge and expertise
• UX designs reviewing
• Specifications (user stories) creation and reviewing
• How-to documents planning, creation and reviewing
• Business requirements gathering through capturing of user stories, prototyping etc
• Analysis of as-is business processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement
• Design to-be business processes, perform impact & feasibility analysis of the requirements
• CRs management
• Daily sync-up meetings with the customer, project management and streams
• Regular status reporting

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years’ experience as a BA on IT projects
• English level - B2 and higher
• REST API-based microservices experience
• Experience in Agile framework (apparently, SCRUM)
• Requirements elicitation techniques: workshopping, document analysis, interviews
• Requirements documentation through User Stories and SRS
• BDD/Gherkin is a must
• Experience with E-Commerce domain is a must
• Technical background is a must
• Calm, agile, positive, proactive but pragmatic mindset
• Good communication skills + customer management skills + team playing skills
