Supports definition of software and hardware capabilities needed to support deployment of business, information and application services. Identifies, evaluates and recommends solutions and technologies to facilitate development and implementation. Helps ensure integrity, security, availability, effectiveness, and efficiency of technology infrastructure, including middleware, networks, communications, processing and standards. Understands business needs and customer and market requirements. Applies technical and theoretical knowledge to solve architectural design problems. Recommends and develops frameworks and standards. Helps identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure problems. Develops and executes test plans to check infrastructure technical development; recommends improvements.
