Job Description

Key Deliverables:

· Drive improvements in global Finance forecasting processes and understanding of performance drivers.

· Lead projects to streamline BPC reporting process

· Lead projects to build-out automated BW reporting package

· Lead development of data analytics and dashboards leveraging Power BI

· Lead development of robust, effective, and accurate cash flow forecast process

· Assist with corporate financial planning and analysis as necessary, including, but not limited to supporting results reporting, quarterly earnings package, and Board of Directors presentations

· Provide support for ad-hoc multi-regional projects

· Develop collaborative and influential relationships with the CFO, Executive Leadership Team, Corporate Accounting team, and Data Governance team

· Develop credibility and build partnerships with key contacts within the Corporate Finance team, Global Specialties team, and regional finance teams

· Support, coach, train and mentor department staff on key process improvements and data to develop knowledgeable and skilled financial personnel

Qualification Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA/CPA preferred

· Must have 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, valuation, forecasting, strategy, accounting, or auditing

· Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing multiple work streams simultaneously

· Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills; must be able to convey information to all levels of the organization in a clear, focused, and concise manner

· Must be able to analyze financial results and assess financial/strategic impacts of business decisions.

· Must have a strong grasp of income sheet, balance sheet, and cash flow financial statements interactions

· Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SAP BW/BPC, Power Steering, Capital IQ, and Bloomberg

· Knowledge of Food Ingredients or Corn Wet Milling industry (competition, business climate, manufacturing processes), a plus

· Problem Solving - Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
