What you’ll do

As a Learning & Development Specialist you’ll sit within our L&D Engine Room. This is the beating heart of L&D at ASOS, where we blend digital content, facilitated sessions, work-based missions and social learning to create experiences that fuel the performance of all ASOSers and power our strategy. You’ll have end-to-end accountability for programmes, from initial discovery through to deploying and delivering your content. You’ll also measure the effectiveness of your projects, celebrating success and taking action on lessons learned.

Key responsibilities

• Developing strong relationships with stakeholders across ASOS to understand what success looks like and work with them to achieve results.
• Designing a core learning offer for all ASOSers.
• Developing and delivering measurable learning experiences that build skills, drive performance and increase engagement.
• Sourcing and managing vendors where needed to enhance, not replace, internal design and delivery.
• Creating and implementing communications and engagement campaigns for global audiences that drives uptake of the learning offer.
• Owning the ongoing success of the offer through testing, measuring success through agreed OKRs and continuously improving.

We’d love to meet someone with

• A creative mindset who draws from traditional and non-traditional learning solutions to solve problems.
• A background in designing a range of content including digital courses, micro learning, videos, print, and face to face facilitated sessions.
• The ability to facilitate in person and virtual sessions and can flex their style to the needs of the audience.
• Experience using several design tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, learning experience platforms and content providers.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Energy, drive, and resilience who can work in an agile, fast paced environment and respond quickly to business needs.
