We are seeking an RV Call Center Representative to join our Company to handle high-volume inbound calls and is accountable for the delivery of high-quality professional services in accordance with the mission, core values and purposes of Land ‘N’ Sea.

Skills and Attributes

The RV Call Center Representative must possess the following skills and attributes: customer oriented attitude, excellent organizational skills; excellent written/oral and interpersonal communication skills with a genuine concern for the customer.

Essential Functions

• Effectively manage high-call volume to promote RV products and services
• Maintain high degree of RV product knowledge and service expertise
• Promote and enhance company reputation by providing excellent service standards and effective customer support.
• Minimum cold-calling to potential customers for the purpose of actively build sustainable relationships of trust by using the right methods/tools promoting RV products and services.
• Effectively communicate (verbally and written) with customers and diagnoses problems and recommend solutions by gathering facts.
• Serve as a liaison, providing RV product/services information and resolve any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Partners with RV sales team and with other departments to ensure a positive relationship with customers are maintained
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualified candidate will have the following:

• Previous work experience with RV product, automotive or related industry
• Excellent communication and listening skills to resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner over the phone.
• Familiarity with AS400 preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to 10-key and type 60 WPM required
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced demanding role
• At least one (1) year of prior customer service experience
• College degree preferred
