Hours: Flexible hours to suit your needs - let us know your availability on application - we can offer anything from 8-hour contracts up to 40 hour contracts

AND earn free qualifications while you work with our award-winning apprenticeship programme!

Starting Hourly Rate for our entry roles starts at £8.91 and increases after training. 

Grill chef starts at £9.80

Head Chef starts at £10.55

Your skills and experience

You don’t need previous experience to join us for our entry roles. It’s all about what you can bring as a person. You’ll need to:

• Have great communications skills and be confident engaging with our guest and team.
• Be committed to working in a physically challenging, fast paced environment.
• Have a keen eye for detail and be highly organised
• Currently we have numerous kitchen roles available across our hotels and restaurants including Grill Chefs, Kitchen Team Leader and Team Member roles
