Kitchen Manager Up to £35,000 plus bonus

The Skylark in Wellington is a high volume business famous for it's Two for One menu. The site is currently a 5 star EHO and we are looking for a highly-skilled Kitchen Manager to lead this large team. With high guest measures and enviable standards we are looking for a true leader to take this kitchen to the next level of greatness.

What we need from you:

• Experience in a similar Kitchen Manager/ Head Chef role or ready to step up from Second Chef / Sous Chef position
• A passion for producing food to be proud of
• A motivational team-leader who can make sure our food and hygiene standards are consistently high
• Clear communication with your team
• Ability to work collaboratively with the General Manager to ensure success of the business
• A positive attitude and ability to create a buzz in your kitchen to keep your team motivated
• A desire to develop and retain their kitchen team
