What’s the role about?

The purpose of this role is to provide consistent support for both the front of house & kitchen teams with customer journey. Exemplary cleanliness, equipment replenishment & organisation.

This is a fast paced role in a busy cookery school and is critical to the success of the operation.

What will you be doing as a Kitchen Assistant?

• Ensuring all equipment is washed & readily available for customers and chefs

• Cleaning various areas of cookery school including preparation kitchen and customer facing areas

• Providing support to FOH when required

• Cleanliness, correct disposal of waste, organisation & stock rotation within storage areas

• Support chefs with shopping, food preparation, customer trays and course setup
