Kickstart Team Member – Admin 

This position is for Kickstart Applicants only. 

If you are aged 16-24 and claiming Universal Credit, we’d love to hear from you.

What we’d like from our Kickstart Team Member - Admin: 

  • Good knowledge Microsoft Word, Excel and Email with the ability to meet deadlines. 
  • Ability to work with a high level of confidentiality. 
  • Proactive nature and ability to work on own initiative but recognises the objectives of the whole team. 
  • Personable and approachable nature. 
  • Ability to adapt to change. 
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Excellent customer service skills. 
  • Confident using. 

 

Kickstart Team Member - Admin requirements: 

  • Provide administrative support for the team. 
  • Accurately input data onto system 
  • Respond to emails within agreed timescales. 
  • Filing and document retention. 
  • Adhoc admin tasks as requested.
