We are currently looking to add a Key Accounts Manager who will be responsible for managing existing key spa accounts and opening new key spa account partnerships. This person will also be charged with acquiring, onboarding and managing new multiple door accounts and expanding relationships with strategically important large customers. The Key Accounts Manager - Spa will report directly to the National Director of Key Accounts.

 

Job Responsibilities 

 Partner with the National Director of Key Accounts to develop and implement a distribution strategy for large accounts including education plans.

Work closely with the Regional Managers, and their respective sales teams, to build sales, roll out marketing campaigns and promotions, and provide training to our key account customers.

Manage the day to day operations, distribution, planning and operations with their assigned key accounts.

Prospect and identify strategic opportunities for new key accounts. 

Provide interviewing, coaching and leadership direction through the Regional Managers to help individual sales consultants achieve sales goals.

Actively pursue prospects and key opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, networking and referrals in order to set up face to face meetings to present PCA SKIN and EltaMD

Develop productive relationships with key accounts across the nation to influence product decisions. 

Create and conduct customized presentations to key personnel of potential accounts in efforts to gain the business. 

Implement onboarding strategies for new key accounts to ensure a successful launch of PCA SKIN and/or EltaMD. 

Achieve or exceed revenue targets and goals for new and existing business. 

Education and Experience:

BA Degree- Business or Marketing preferred

5-10 years’ experience in Sales and Business Development

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in key account management 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building-skills, with the ability to communicate up, down and across levels of the organization.

Ability to create, manage and enhance customer relationships.

Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Skills in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Database knowledge and general data management skills required.

Ability to take initiative to solve data reporting issues with little direction. 

Willing to travel 50% of the time
