Job Description

The Key Account Manager’s primary responsibilities, with focus on ERP/EAM/Project Management, include prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business with high potential prospects (i.e. large corporates). The Key Account Manager initiates, leads, and executes the customer engagement, and proves business value to our prospects throughout the customer journey.

Qualifications

Essential skills/experience:

  • Extensive experience selling complex business software / IT solutions / management consulting;
  • Proven track record in complex sales at C-level with clients >1B revenue with a collaborative and impactful manner
  • Demonstrated success with large transactions, transformation, and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market;
  • Business-level English and Native French

 Desirable skills/experience:

  • Experience selling ERP / EAM/ FSM software solutions;
  • Significant experience in a similar role;
  • ERP and/or EAM/PSO Management solution knowledge desirable
  • Experience leading remote teams in a matrix environment;
  • Bachelor's degree-educated (or equivalent).

  • Excellent commercial acumen;
  • Excellent communicator in English and French (written and verbal);
  • A team player and strong collaborator;
  • Calm under pressure, problem solver;
  • Practical, hands-on approach;
  • Well suited to high growth, dynamic, entrepreneurial environments.
