Doubletake are the innovation team for Frasers Group, we work with a number of well-established brands ranging from activewear to high fashion. We are quickly growing as a team therefore now require a Junior Retoucher to join the team!

Doubletake Innovation also take part in collaborations with outside brands (most recently Zara, Ovie Soko, Courtney black) therefore along with the day-to-day tech duties this role will lead new exiting opportunities and chances to elevate your skills!

All brands we work with are multiproduct women’s/men’s including all product types ranging from activewear, wovens (e.g., ww woven dress, mw tailoring), skiwear, outerwear, knitwear, homeware, accessories, even some children's wear!

JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re excited to be looking for a Junior Retoucher to join the team and support our in-house studio production. We’re looking for a relaxed, friendly and proactive individual who is experienced in working within a fast-paced studio environment and is wanting to build a career with a fast-growing fashion company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of E- commerce retouching and good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to meet deadlines and volume quotas.
•  Develop working knowledge of colour consistency with strong knowledge of colour profiles and colour matching process.
• Understanding of actions for Adobe Photoshop.
• The ability to work quickly and efficiently with a strong eye for detail and catching errors.
• Maintaining stringent quality control on all images that leave the studios - referring to previous jobs and style guides.
• Aid our Senior Retoucher to devise and create new, more efficient processes, improve old ones.
• Digital Asset management - organise and archive.
• General administration.
• Extremely good Adobe Photoshop Skills, retouching images to the highest possible standard.
• The opportunity to retouch creative images showing technical and creative initiative at the required quality level.
• Develop efficiencies and aid the senior retoucher to manage post-production workflows.
• Ensure Monitors are colour calibrated regularly.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience and skill set required:

• 2 years’ post-production industry experience.
• Confident and relaxed working within a fast-paced environment and thrives under pressure.
• Proactive and can plan and organise own workload
• Friendly and approachable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to confidently interact with multiple teams.
• Comfortable working alone and within groups.
• Attention to detail
• Organisation skills
• Proactive, flexible and a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Mac OS literate
• Impeccable Photoshop knowledge with proven experience
