- Key Account/Partnership Management.
- Campaign planning & Growth initiatives.
- Brand building.
- Inter-department coordination.
- Client Relationship Management.
- Coordinating with team for special projects and launches.
- Coordinating with customer service team regarding customer complaints.
- Assist with other work as and when required by the Management
Candidate Skill Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business Management or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Having at least 2 years of industry experience in the digital services segment is an added advantage.
- Young and energetic individual to grow the digital services with good people management skills.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala. Tamil is an added advantage.
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyunderminimalsupervisionandalsoworkinteams.
- Strong abilities to function well in a fast-paced pressurized work environment.
- Be highly energetic, charismatic and have a hunger for success.
