About the job role

• Execution of services to client across Master Data Management, Time & Attendance and Payroll.
• Effective management of compensation and benefits.
• Learning and adherence to Business Excellence methodology, preparation of all Business Excellence documents and ensuring all documents are updated in a timely manner to ensure stable process.
• Participating in process improvement, value creation and automation projects.

 
About you

• Minimum 1 year of Human Resource working experience in a reputed organization.
• Handled Payroll is an added advantage
• Any professional qualifications related HR would be advantageous.
• Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Effective oral and written communication skills is a must.
• Should possess exceptional interpersonal skills and be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
