- Plan and execute multiple ways to identify good candidates ( Job Ads, LinkedIn Search, Network)
- Initial screening and positioning Nagarro to the candidate(s)
- Organize interview of shortlisted candidates with interview panel
- Offering the selected candidates and maintaining constant touch with them ; answering and resolving queries and ensuring a great pre-joining experience.
- Support organizing and conducting on hiring / branding campaigns
