Job Description and Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY

To be responsible for Civil/Plot Plan design work for all assigned AP China executed IG B&E projects, ensure Civil/ Plot Plan design work executed smoothly in timely, cost effective and high-quality manner and support team goal of Global engineering & design team.
 
The job holder is the Civil/ Plot Plan Engineer and reports to Design Manager directly.

The job holder is assigned to perform in house Civil/Plot Plan design for all IG B&E-China executed projects and providing as requested design support across the other countries. This position requires enough experience in Civil/ Plot Plan design to perform the Civil/ Plot Plan design responsibilities independently. The job holder is also expected to provide Civil/Structure design and construction material estimation in supporting to PDE and support Civil/ Plot Plan team infrastructure building work as required.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
 

1. Responsible for designing general layout, vertical layout, earthwork leveling, comprehensive pipeline drawing, greening planning drawing, road detail, fence and gate detail, etc.
2. Responsible for the compilation of safety facilities design, fire protection design, occupational health and protection design, etc.`
3.  Responsible for planning design, feasibility study report, preliminary design, foundation engineering design and detailed engineering design.
4.  Act as design and drawing jobs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in general layout transportation, transportation, urban & rural planning, architecture, etc.
2. CET-4 at least, good oral and written English communication skills are preferred.
3. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Pdf and other software.
4. Serious and responsible, careful, and rigorous, with good professional quality.
5. Good teamwork spirit and communication skills.
6. Like engineering design works.
7. Be able to travel to site as required.
