Job Description

Capita Pensions Solutions are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join their team.

The Junior Business Analyst (BA) will support the BA offering on allocated projects, working towards delivery of BA offerings.

Don’t worry we are not looking for the finished article, you will get the training and development you need to succeed in your role. We will also fund a Business Analyst Apprenticeship qualification.

Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support other Business Analysts on projects.
  • Support the Business Analyst with the BA deliverables across the end to end project lifecycle.
  • Actively promote the application of robust change management techniques across the business.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders and/or clients.
  • Support a client focused culture in the team and ensure that continuous improvement and excellent customer experience are at the heart of all activity.
  • Actively represent the team in department and company activities and projects, and engage the team in discussions and plans.
  • Maintenance of open, day-to-day relationships across Capita and our clients.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant Business Analysis tools and techniques, and legislation relating to Capita's business.

What we’re looking for:

  • Worked in a projects team as a junior would be beneficial i.e. PMO coordinator/PMO Administrator
  • Analytical skills
  • The motivation to learn and develop
  • Good understanding of what a Business Analyst does and an interest in pursuing this as a career
  • Pensions experience would be beneficial but not essential
