Driving success at Capita Education as a Junior Account Manager
Here at Capita Education we have an exciting opportunity for a driven and results focussed individual to join our talented sales team as a Junior Account Manager. Within this role you will deliver increased sales, customer engagement and development though an effective Account Management function across schools in our Core areas and Hubs.
This is a rewarding role within a successful and friendly team where you will have the opportunity to put your sales experience to good use in an account management focused role whilst at the same time developing invaluable skills and working towards a competitive commission scheme.

What you’ll be doing:
First point of contact for the customer
Targeted to increase spend over and above any attrition
Responsible for customer satisfaction
Ownership of issues within the bas
Customer retention – SLA renewal ownership working with business sector specialists
Upselling and cross selling – new products and services to existing customers
Growth of base via referrals and pro-active hunting
What we’re looking for:
Previous sales experience
Ideally experience of working in the Education or IT industry
Ability to communicate and engage senior decision-makers
Able to work collaboratively with colleagues
Flexibility, adaptability, able to develop and manage their own workload
