Position Summary

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Operate all equipment safely and according to training as safety is paramount to the company’s success. At Conagra we strive to be the best surrounding the safety of our employees.
- Scale all ingredients for all doughs and batters to exact specifications and within the time given
- Perform all assigned cleaning and preventative maintenance duties
- Report all equipment issues to supervisors, managers, and repair technicians
- Record/Log all production data accurately and within the time given
- Ensure all products to meet Conagra Quality Standards
- Comply with all Conagra policies, procedures, and practices
- Mix all dough and batters to exact specifications and within the time given
- Aware of food safety risks and escalates found risks to lead/supervisor.
- Maintain baking records.
- Cleans equipment.
- Bakes product.
- Racks Product.
- Adheres to all GMP’s.
- Follows Safety and HR protocols policies and procedures.
- Operate vacuum system
- To have a working knowledge of times and temperatures of proof box and oven
Competencies and Education:
- Must be able to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to adapt to change and high-pressure situations.
- Ability to lift to 60 pounds, repeatedly
- Must be able to work and succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Attend work as scheduled and be punctual.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Must be able to work with limited supervision in operating the line at the optimum speed, with little or no downtime
- Must be highly motivated, self-starter, who likes to assume responsibility and work independently
- Preforms other duties as assigned.
- Detail oriented.
- High School or GED preferred.

Essential Requirements
- Physical-Lifting and Carrying: negligible occasionally, up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 25 pounds to pull or lay objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to position requiring the use of upper extremities and back muscles.
- Pushing or Pulling: using extremities to exert force in order to push, pull, draw, drag, haul, or tug objects exerting a negligible amount of force occasionally, up to 25 pounds frequently.
- Walking/Standing: Frequently on slick flooring/Standing for long periods of time.
- Talking: expressing or changing ideas by means of spoken words. During activities in which one must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, and/or quickly.
- Hearing: perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. One possesses the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and make fine discriminations in sound.
- Reaching: extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
- Fingering: picking, pinching, or otherwise working primary with fingers rather than with the whole hand or arm as in handling. The position requires using forceful exertions and postural stress.
- Grasping: applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palm when racking product.
- Visual: the worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities by sustained attention and balance. PPE required, steel toe boots hair net eye and ear protection.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $18.05
