Description:

• Work with business and technology stakeholders across different business lines or functions to understand and streamline business processes, identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation by applying process transformation methodologies like Process Mining and Task Mining
• Perform business process analysis using process and task mining tools to create process maps, identify process variants and bottlenecks, come up with meaningful insights about process and create metrics and KPIs to measure and monitor current process performance as well as ongoing improvements
• Perform the evaluation, design and implementation of integration opportunities across various Intelligent Process Automation and Digital Transformation methodologies like Process Mining, Business Process Management, Robotics Process Automation
• Create data models, customer-specific dashboards and analysis to enable data-driven process impact assessment and recommendations for process optimization through use of enterprise modeling capabilities including but not limited to Process Mining
• Utilize Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques along with Process and Task Mining to generate insightful process predictions and prognostics

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience developing applications/solutions preferably in the financial services industry
• 1+ years of hands on experience using Process Mining or Task Mining methodologies to map, optimize and transform business processes
• Good understanding of industry and tooling landscape across Process Mining, Task Mining and general Intelligent Process Automation and Transformation methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. Skilled in customer and leadership presentations
• Hands-on experience with Java, Python, SQL across different databases like Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase.
• Hands-on experience with no-SQL database like Mongo Db
• Hands-on experience with ELK framework.
• Hands-on experiencewith message bus such as TIBCO EMS or Kafka.

Desired Skills:

• 1+ years of hands on Process Mining experience preferably usingCelonis or equivalent process analysis tools.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with large and complex data sets, building ETL (extract transform load) processes.
• 1+ years of extensive experience in designing and implementing large scale process transformation and automation solutions using one or more of the following methodologies – Process Mining, Task Mining, Robotics Process Automation, Process Mapping
• Experience working with various front-to-back business functions like Sales and Trading, Operations, Finance, Treasury, Settlements, understanding their business process and data-centric issues and possible solutions.
• Experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycle methodology and related tooling. For example -JIRA, Scrum.
• Understanding of and experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning especially in conjunction with Process or Task Mining
