Accountable to partner with the Technical Information Security Leader and Business Information Security Leader for the delivery and execution of the Information Security strategic choices and projects in the program for a business client (GBU/SMO/CF). Requires deep business and technical expertise of the business area and Information Security skills and capabilities to identify and reduce risk by ensuring the right protection of company assets needed to conduct business.

Qualifications

Strong IT Technical skill in the area of IT Infrastructure, System Integration, Networks, OS and middleware.

- Cloud technical fundaments are a plus

- CISSP certification is a plus.

- Other similar IT Security certifications are a plus.

Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others across organizational boundaries both internally and externally. Ability to enroll the appropriate support organizations and systems to achieve the desired result. Required to have strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Broad experience across IT Disciplines is a plus - s/he will need to work in areas that span IT information policy, infrastructure, data storage and transfer, application & integration - with the focus of Security of our Consumers and Supply Chains.

Strong situational leadership skills, and ability to partner with teams representing diverse interests, including remotely. Ability to collaborate with teams and work effectively with autonomy

Initiative and follow-through - Must be a self starter able to define priorities and deliver on them. Must be results oriented and be able to see things through to completion to deliver results.

Demonstrated ability to train others in technical areas of IT in a way that normalizes a very complex topic so that the audience understand the reason and the how to implement
