Tasks

Lead, manage, plan and coordinate the implementation of test activities in projects or management deliveries

• Responsibility for preparation of test and test data strategy, as well as ensuring needs and plans for test environments
• Contribute to the preparation of test specifications, test case and test script
• Contribute with further development of test methodology, test tools and framework
• Responsibility for the establishment and management of good and relevant test data
• Contribute actively in the unit's professional environment
• Contribute with advice, guidance and training in relation to the test subject

Qualifications

• Must have a relevant education in IT - minimum bachelor's degree. Relevant experience can compensate for lack of education
• Must have experience with test strategy, test design and preparation of test specifications
• Must have experience and competence in planning and leading tests both in project and development and interdisciplinary teams
• Should be certified in test (ISTQB / CSTE)
• Should have experience with flexible development, automated testing, test-driven development and continuous integration
• Experience from both functional and technical testing of modern IT solutions that will be cloud-based is an advantage
• Good oral and written presentation skills in Norwegian are a prerequisite
