As an IT Systems Engineer Senior or Lead in our Enterprise Digital Experience team, you'll support the End User Compute domain by performing engineering, analysis, and research of systems & networks. You’ll also review detailed business and technical requirements in order to recommend, deploy and maintain technical solutions. Here our mission is to deliver personalized experiences and environments that maximize productivity and engagement. This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for a meeting and/or training.
Must-have qualifications
Associate degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline, Math or other related field of study and minimum of four years working with operating system hardware and/or software components in a large IT environment with many categories of devices, infrastructures, and operating systems.
In lieu of a degree, a minimum of six years related experience working with operating system hardware and/or software components in a large IT environment with many categories of devices, infrastructures and operating systems may be accepted.
Preferred skills
Experience administrating and managing in Group Policy or troubleshooting Microsoft Windows client products or services.
Knowledge of industry and technology trends as it relates to Microsoft Windows client operating systems, Chrome and Edge web browsers, Azure Active Directory, Configuration Manager (SCCM), and cloud computing concepts.
Knowledge and/or experience working in teams leveraging Agile methods and mindset.
Demonstrated experiences facilitating work across multiple technical domains in the Delivery of a fully integrated client products or services.
Demonstrated experiences working within a DevOps team and/or environment with emphasis on faster delivery of high-quality client products or services.
Compensation
$87,390- $129,250/year depending on position level and experience
Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
