As an IT Systems Analyst Senior in our Enterprise Resource Organization, you’ll play a key role in the development of market-changing capabilities that fuel Progressive’s growth and our competitive advantage. Also, you’ll work with technical and non-technical audiences to define detailed requirements and document system dependencies. In addition, you'll evaluate current-state systems and processes and identify changes required in support of new features and capabilities. In this role, you’ll also create acceptance criteria, business process models, technical designs, and architecture deliverables.

Must-have qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology or related discipline (Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Math, Information Systems) and four years of related work experience designing, developing, programming and/or supporting IT Systems and applications

Instead of a bachelor’s degree, six years of related work experience designing, developing, programming and/or supporting IT systems and applications may be accepted

Preferred Skills

Technical aptitude and in-depth knowledge of technologies, software applications, programming languages, and adjacent systems and data exchanges

Analytical and problem-solving skills including ability to investigate, assess & recommend solutions

Experience with industry tools and techniques used to elicit, prioritize, organize, document, model and analyze technical requirements

Working knowledge of Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps (ADO)

Willingness to work in an Agile SCRUM environment 

Compensation

$71,400 to $95,200/year

Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
