Chores:

• Installation , configuration and maintenance of software and hardware components of computer and network systems for new employees
• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support within the international team
• Diagnosis and resolution of software and hardware problems
• Guide employees through the problem resolution process
• Repair and replacement of damaged computers and network components
• Ensure computer security by installing and updating antivirus and firewall software
• Maintenance and regular updating of the technical documentation.
• Test new hardware and software, on behalf of the company and in accordance with local data security regulations, before large-scale installation

Ideal candidate:

• Min. 2 years of work experience focused on IT
• Experience with support users, remote and local
• Extensive knowledge of printers, peripherals, and desktop/laptop and PC applications
• Able to analyze user needs and solve problems
• A working knowledge of Intranet and Internet technologies , servers, networks and telephony.
• A+ and Net+ certifications strongly desired, Microsoft MCSE preferred.
• Knowledge and ITIL certification.
• Fluent English and Spanish
