Candidate Competencies
- Excellent communication skill in English.
- Passion for customer service and willingness to work long hours when need arises.
- Good time management skills.
- Sufficient understanding of databases such MS SQL and SQLite.
- Knowledge of computer networking
- Prior experience in POS and Inventory Management will be an advantage
- Prior experience in POS hardware will be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Willingness to travel within Sri Lanka in a short notice.
Candidate Qualification
- Diploma or higher in IT or Similar qualification
- Minimum 6 months experience in similar capacity
