Leads development of IT solutions. Leads operations of large scale software solutions and monitors performance. Manage cloud resources and distributed compute platforms as necessary. Implement and integrate large components of software solutions and platforms. Create designs and architectures for complex software solutions. Coach, mentor and/or manage Software Engineers and vendor resources. Continuously optimizing and creating more efficient DevOps processes leveraging automation, new (ARB approved) tools, and exploring new development platforms together with DevOps Engineers. Works hand-in-hand with Operations Engineers to improve flow between Development and Operations to deliver value faster. 

Qualifications

Software Engineering: Java/Python, CICD, testing, system design

Cloud computing and infrastructure provisioning: GCP (preferred), AWS or Azure

Microservice/API design, development and integrations

Agile / Scrum / SAFe

Effective communication skills

Effective knowledge sharing (coaching, training, documentation creation)
