KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Train key DC operatives in all Shogun WMS sites in the UK and Europe.
• Responsible for the upkeep of Shogun WMS Standard Operaional Procedures (SOP’s).
• Help with the continuous improvements / development, testing and implementation of Shogun WMS.
• Track training milestones and sign off operatives training.
• Record and maintain all KPI’s for all Shogun WMS sites in the UK and Europe.
• To assisst the management team in all Shogun Logistics sites to develop all operatives to the levels required.
• Able to travel throughout the UK and Europe currently (UK, ROI, France and Belgium).
• AD-HOC tasks as directed by line manager.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE NEEDED:

• Understanding of Shogun WMS would be desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
• French speaker advantagious but not essential.
• Able to work across various workstreams throughout the business.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Have a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work under your own initiative.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel / Word.
• Strong communication skills both written and oral.
• Driving License essential.
