Frasers Group are currently looking for an IT Service Desk Senior to join us at our Help Desk Team. At the Frasers Group all aspects of IT are managed in house which means the opportunities to learn and pickup new skills comes around daily. Successful candidates are provided with learning material to further their knowledge and the Frasers group will even pay for any certification exams. IT Support Analysts are also involved in many IT projects from server migrations, store network role outs right over to developing new algorithms for our automated robots in our warehouses. You will be an essential part of an ever-growing global support team currently 60 strong.
