They will develops & support effective relationships with business units, divisions or groups of users, & vendors. They have to ensure required Technical services are identified, developed and supported to the satisfaction of the business unit/division. Provides support and maintains service level agreements. They will help configure, install, maintain and upgrade Rimage CD/DVD generation and data encryption applications, print server level applications and automated workflows, automated email scripts, computer systems hardware and software. Performs set tasks to provide operational support for the organization's information systems and peripheral equipment such as application servers, database servers, print servers, desktops, printers and storage devices. Issues tend to be routine in nature. Good knowledge and understanding of Technical Support and business/operating processes and procedures. Create presentations and media materials in a team-oriented environment. They will be Handling confidential materials on a daily basis and track completion and delivery of copy/print and media jobs. They should also be able to research and resolve problems/issues and document all completed requests and deliver quality products/service in accordance with Print & Media Center service levels.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Monitor and provide support to systems, print servers, applications, and devices administered by Cigna
Assist in troubleshooting to resolve incident tickets, media requests, etc. for internal and external customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including senior leadership to enhance overall customer experience
Ensure incidents and requests are handled according to agreed procedures and SLAs
Prepare services and documents regarding performance for operational effectiveness and improvements
Develop proactive ways to avoid potential problems and automate maintenance tasks
Provide backup support to other associates during peak work volumes to ensure timely delivery of reports, media or copy/print jobs.
Share knowledge/ free flow ideas and provide policy input with teammates
Work with vendors to oversee maintenance and repair efforts to the Fleet, Print & Media Center equipment.
Additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or 4 or more years of relevant work experience
Experience working with media/print environment
Superior Customer Focus and dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers, acting with a sense of urgency
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
Solid analytical skills and inductive problem solving abilities
Programming and scripting ability preferred
Organized and able to multi-task
Basic understanding of ticketing systems and workflow
Basic experience in multi-platform distributed environment preferable
Possess insatiable appetite for learning; continuously pursuing new skills that add value to the team’s knowledge base
Close attention to detail as well as ability to follow step by step quality analysis procedures
Ability to work in a close team environment
Willingness to work a flexible schedule onsite and virtual environments to accommodate business requirements
This role is located onsite which expects most work to be performed at a Cigna office location, but may allow for some work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite. Currently, due to the pandemic, we are encouraging all employee to remain working from home and all onsite meetings require a virtual option. However, we expect that this role will likely return to being performed primarily at an office location.
