CODST Technology is looking for an experienced IT Quality Sr Analyst

We are looking for an avid technologist who -

• applies analytical thinking and knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information.
• deals with most problems proactively and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid grasp of industry standards and practices.

Here is what you bring -

• You have 10+ years of experience in quality engineering skills
• You have ability to determine and drive test strategy for application with strong understanding of upstream and downstream systems
• You are expert in API testing and automation using Selenium, Postman/Fiddler is mandate with prior expertise to seamlessly
• You are expert with SQL/NoSQL/Mongo and good at comprehending data schema and data testing.
• You have ability to understand end-to-end data flow and device testing strategy accordingly is critical
• You have experience managing resources directly, across globe in matrixed model.
• You are versed Agile / Devops implementation
• You are versed with performance testing of APIs
• You have experience in expertise in various testing strategies and the ability to apply experience in determining the strategy to problem at hand
• You have ability to translate the functional understanding to the business oriented test scenarios and testing across all integrated systems
• You think out of the box and proactively setup processes, configure JIRA and influence stakeholders through tight governance
• You have excellent writing and communication skills, with a knack for taking technical language and making it comprehensible
• You have a passion for solving tough problems and proposing elegant solutions.

On a typical day here is what you could do -

• You will provide technical and business supportfor users of Citi applications. This includes functional and regression testing for application and peripheral systems, design and implement QA strategy for group of applications to help business succeed.
• You will act as a liaison between stakeholders, interfacing internal technology groups and vendors and as an advisor or coach to new or junior QAs.
• You will participate in application testing, deployment, checkout in all environments and develop and maintain technical documentation.
• You will be responsible for selecting/maintaining and integrating the appropriate set of tools, processes and procedures to ensure overall testing efficiency and effectiveness in the operations
• You will identify, recommend, and implement framework, strategies and tool sets to optimize test execution, expand test coverage, and reduce risk

• You will provide regular testing metrics and management reporting on risks and issues

• You will produce and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) around the testing performed. Manage best in class service quality and manage SLAs accordingly

• You will lead a continuous process improvement program within the team and at the project level reviewing trends, data, etc- Partner with Technical Project Management in the development of project plans, status communications

• You will monitor quality risks and escalate, as required. - Provide regular status reporting consistent
• You will meet the target automation coverage in areas like Web, Data, API's etc. using tools like Selenium
• You will as per project need, own/participate/help in product backlog for,

      - Data analysis and POC creation

      - UI Automation framework using cutting edge tools such as selenium

• You will assist in appropriately assessing risks when business decisionsare made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
