Responsibilities

The Corporate Business Development department is responsible for providing Program Management as a Service for strategic business and technology efforts.  As a member of Corporate Business Development team, you will coordinate across the organization to ensure that programs run smoothly and provide governance and structure between various departments including (but not limited to); IT, Product Development, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience and Operations. 

The Project Manager is responsible for the centralized coordinated management of projects and programs to achieve organizational strategic objectives and benefits. With assistance, this position collaborates with sponsors and stakeholders to define program/project scope, objectives, and strategies. In addition, this position will develop detailed work plans, provide program status, maintain program/project budget as well as anticipate and identify program/project risks and issues, recommend solutions and work with senior management to implement those solutions. 

Responsibilities

Manage program and cross-functional project teams for optimal return-on-investment as well as coordinate and delegate cross-program and project initiatives.

Direct, plan, coordinate, monitor and report progress for full life cycle of medium to large programs utilizing chosen methodologies.

Identify and manage overall program/project and resource dependencies in addition to identifying and resolving resource constraints.

Work closely with program/project sponsors, cross-functional teams and assigned managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget and timing for new initiatives that are aligned with company objectives and support the strategic direction of the organization.

Anticipate, identify, and manage program/project risks and issues by tracking, assigning ownership, following up and understanding the impact on scope, cost and schedule.

Define and manage service level agreements, with assistance, to meet customer expectations and quality standards while delivering transparent communication, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring requirements are met.

Participate and provide insights in the development of key performance indicators and defining department standards and processes.

Protect customers, employees, and brands by incorporating security and compliance in all decisions.

Ensure security policy and procedure requirements are met.

Continuously identify opportunities for improving security and implement strategies to improve security position.

Qualifications

Required

Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities

Must have 6 or more years of technical or business program/project management experience

Must have 3+ years’ experience working on multi-year technical or business projects with established deadlines that require collaboration across multiple functional areas where regular reporting and status updates were required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred.

Good knowledge of software development lifecycles including waterfall and agile.

Good knowledge of release and support management including application release and infrastructure maintenance practices.

Good knowledge of quality metrics and tracking.

Good knowledge of resource management and tracking.

Experience in Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, Atlassian JIRA and Confluence, ServiceNow.

Experience in leading application release and infrastructure maintenance process improvements such as deployment automation.
