Responsibilities
Enterprise Holdings is expanding its Rate Management area and has an exciting opportunity for a new Project Manager.
The Rate Management team is responsible for a suite of applications that includes Greenlight Admin, a system used to setup rental pricing; Yield Manager, a tool for analyzing book trends; PRISM, our rate strategy application; and a Big Data environment in AWS. Together, these solutions give EHI our competitive pricing edge in the Rental Car industry.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and monitoring IT projects and program activities for cross-department teams with a wide range of skill sets. You will provide leadership, communication, and success measurements for the delivery of new and or existing products and services. As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with others to define project scope and objectives, define and coordinate tasks and dependencies, and identify required skills and resource requirements for project teams. You will identify project risks and dependencies, collaborating with others to develop mitigation plans. You will follow and promote established project management methodologies, standards, processes and procedures; recommending modifications to enhance outcomes.

Required

Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
6+ years of related experience
5+ years IT related project management experience
Must show ability to deliver on high profile programs/projects
Proficient knowledge of program and project management concepts, from planning and inception through implementation and support
Proven ability to concurrently manage multiple end-to-end projects
Intimate knowledge of phases of full life cycle development
Proficient knowledge of analysis techniques, tool usage and standards
Experience in communicating, managing, planning, directing, coordinating, organizing, and reporting on concurrent assigned projects
Strong knowledge of Agile software development and tools (Kanban, Jira, Confluence)
Capable of overseeing large enterprise programs and complex strategic projects with responsibility for planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling program activities
Able to perform in the face of ambiguity
Proven leadership, results orientation, and self-motivation traits
Strong knowledge of SDLC (software development lifecycle) phases
Strong collaboration skills and teamwork
Must possess strong meeting facilitation, interpersonal, ownership, communication, and negotiation skills
Capable of applying a resource management model to manage the resources and projects in the portfolio
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
Knowledge of software development technologies, tools, and processes
PMP Certification
Scrum Master Certification
