IT Project Lead

About the role:

The role will involve taking ownership of the smaller projects within the workstream and supporting the project administration of projects to ensure smooth running of the project and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.

What you’ll be doing:

Taking ownership of small projects within the workstream

Co-ordinating requirements

Managing stakeholders to agree decisions

Managing suppliers to deliver on the requirements.

Project Administration

Co-ordinating workshops

Taking actions in meetings and following them through to completion

Updating documentation for process gaps and change requests

Updating actions, risks, issues and dependency logs

Supporting the creation of project management artefacts and delivering small project workstreams

Supporting in the raising of SOR & SOW

Supporting with forecast & resource trackers

What you’ll need:

Understanding of an IT delivery environment or project management process

Experience within a project environment

Basic understanding of project lifecycle, risks, issues, dependency and gaps

Some experience management internal and external stakeholders.

Some experience of supplier management
