Job description

Let us tell you a little bit about the role…

As an IT Operations Manager, you will be …

• Lead site surveys, documenting current site configuration and user requirements.

• Manage and support the day-to-day operations of the audio-visual function, ensuring that quality of service and demands are met.

• Support staff with organisation wide Teams and WebEx events, liaising and arranging testing with counterparts (both internal and external).

• Be responsible for staff training and continual improvement within the Service Operations group.

• Create and maintain the correct processes and documentation.

• Assist the IT Operations team with IT related tasks.

• Maintain prompt and clear lines of communication with all parties.

• Assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner.

• Support cross team and departmental collaboration.

• Take responsibility for the actions of your team and what is required to deliver a superior service.
