Job Description
In this role we expect the successful person to:
- Develop & implement a detailed and comprehensive startup plan. This will include hardware, software and other IT related requirements for the project offices as well as the mine site.
- Take ownership of all IT projects. Coordinate and collaborate with Global & Regional teams to ensure the successful implementation of IT projects.
- Manage outsourced work, consultants, and other internal / external relationships.
- Monitors & address IT support issues to ensure resolution and provide feedback to management as necessary.
- Identify and act on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
- Implement IT policies as well as best in class practices.
- Provide end user support.
