Mission:
• The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Manager is responsible for the operations, projects, security and management of ICT services at the global division level. She/He supports, in cooperation with the IT stakeholders of the Division, the central IT of the group and the external suppliers, the IT infrastructure and the outsourced and outsourced IT applications.
• She/He also ensures efficient and cost-conscious use of ICT assets.
• Technical referent for the company and coordinates all technical aspects within the department, in liaison with the subcontractor services
• Lead and participate in projects aimed at the standardization, renewal and evolution of the IT infrastructure
• Support the Division in the evolution towards Industry 4.0, facilitate ICT innovation, ensure the transition to hosting and Microsoft Azure cloud operations
• Management of internal and outsourced ICT services: manage escalations and coordinate new requirements.

Your profile:
• Education and training: Bachelor's degree in information technology and/or successful experience in supporting ICT operations and applications in mixed environments of production, R&D, industry and commercial applications
• Experience: 5+ years in IT service management in an outsourced ICT environment
• Language: German and French, English an asset
• IT skills: ICT operations, IT service management for outsourced ICT infrastructure (workplace, network and servers )
• Expertise in business continuity management
• Operation of internal IT infrastructure (server and communication infrastructure)
• Support for migration to Microsoft Cloud migration
• In-depth and practical expertise on hypervisor, server and communication technologies
• A strong and structured innovation dynamic
• Strong customer orientation with a rigorous work style
• Pragmatic and solution oriented
• Excellent team player
• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to travel and work, if necessary for operational reasons, outside office hours.
