As an IT Manager-Project Manager within the Enterprise Resource Project Management Organization (ERPMO), you’ll manage the full life cycle of large complex enterprise projects from implementation to completion. You’ll be accountable to executive sponsors for schedule, budget, and quality of all project elements while leading high level sessions for planning, schedule development, and project execution. In addition, you’ll review and approve project plans for conformance to project strategy, plan, and schedule.  Proven leadership skills are critical to be successful in this role. #LI-Remote

Must Have Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, MIS, Business Management) and a minimum two years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery

In lieu of degree, a minimum four years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery may be accepted

Effectively communicate and manage project expectation to sponsors, team members, senior leadership, and other stakeholders

Build strong relationships and influence across the organization

Develop and motivate teams and effectively get work done through others

Advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

Compensation

$118,000 - $138,000/year

Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
