as an IT Manager in our Creative Business Operations department, you’ll manage a group of Process Analysts and System Engineers that support our Print and Production facilities. You will help drive performance while providing ongoing coaching and mentoring. You’ll also work with other departments on various projects and assist with strategic planning and process improvements within the department. Due to the essential nature of the organization, this position does require some in office work and will require regular local travel between Cleveland area offices.

Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (Computer Science, MIS, Business Management) and two years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery 
• Instead of a degree, four years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery may be accepted

Preferred skills 

• Interpersonal and negotiation skills  
• Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to direct and oversee the work of others 
• Lean problem-solving knowledge and experience
• Solid project management and organizational skills
• Strong experience coaching and developing others

Compensation

• $111,756 - $144,625/year
• Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
