Job Description

As an IT Lean Coach on our IT Lean Agile team, you’ll enable and inspire Progressive teams to continuously improve value delivery. In this role, you’ll play a key role in adoption of Lean and Agile principles, practices, and tools across the IT Enterprise. By collaborating with Lean and Agile coaches, you’ll develop best practices and methods for influencing transformation change.

Periodic travel may be required for coaching and training activities. This is a remote position, or you may choose to work in our Cleveland, OH or Colorado Springs, CO office.

Must-have Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree of higher in an Information Technology or Business related discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Business Management) and a minimum of six years of work experience in Lean, Six Sigma, process improvements and/or process redesign within IT.

Instead of degree, a minimum of eight years related work experience as described in above bullet point.

Preferred Skills

Strong experience coaching others on Lean and Agile principles/practices/tools 

Experience facilitating process improvement initiatives using various techniques (PDCA, A3, DMAIC, etc.) 

Experience leading an organization in adoption of a Lean Management System (e.g., Visual Management, Stand-up/Huddles, Goal Setting, Problem Solving, Go-Sees/Gemba Walks, Leader Standard Work) 

Proven track record of leading others through significant change & experience with organizational change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR)

Salary: $96,000 -117,000/yr 

Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
