About the Role

LMUK SS are currently looking to hire a IT Information Assurance Officer to work near Helensburgh, Scotland. Working in the Information Assurance and Governance team within the Business Assurance department, you will assist in the oversight of Information Security Management (ISM), ensuring adherance to policy and standard operating procedures to ensure stakeholder confidence that risk to the confidentiality, integrity and availability of "RESTRICTED" and “PSA” data in storage and in transit is managed pragmatically, appropriately and in a cost effective manner.

You will also assist in the maintenance of the Risk Management Accreditation Document Sets (RMADS) for the infrastructure of LMUK SS Project Network and other systems and ensure that staff are familiar with and acknowledge these requirements.  You'll assist in the performance of spot checks within the Technology Services department and write up spot check reports, and assist with business resilience planning and delivery. As well as Management of relevant IT documentation and ownership of the account for Defence Assurance Risk Tool (DART) - which is a tool used by MOD to assess approaches to ICT system security risks.
