Scope – IT Technical Officer is Responsible for maintaining existing network infrastructure also responsible for monitoring network availability, and maintaining network security and efficiency.

Responsibilities 

• Installing, configuring and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software 
• Identify the gaps in IT infrastructure and implement solution accordingly 
• Technical support for CCTV, Access controllers, time attendance system and telephone system
• Providing technical support to staff members

Qualifications 

• Diploma (HND IT) and above qualification in IT from a recognized institute 
• Age group between 20 to 30 years preferred
• Good commend in English both in verbal and writing
• Should be efficient leader with positive attitudes
• Minimum of 1-year experience is preferable
