The Experience

We are excited to invite applications for the position of IT Business Process Analyst - Governance in our Global Information Technology Organization.

The IT Business process analyst - Governance plays an integral role in developing, leading, and maintaining global Governance systems that support Corporate audit and Compliance organizations.

• Ability to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals, and technologies
• Strong desire to continue to learn new technologies and knowledge of SAP applications

Please note that the technical skills required for this position are equivalent to a SAP FI CO Analyst

This position will have responsibility (but not limited) to:

• Understanding concepts of business processes, industry practices, and technology in the area of IT Governance, Risk management and Compliance
• Engage business partners to understand the challenges, opportunities and gather business requirements
• Present and communicate results and ideas to key stakeholders and decision makers
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups in IT to understand end-to-end processes and solutions touchpoints/integration
• Perform solution design, system configuration / build, and application testing in line with agreed timeframes, business requirements and global standards.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with GIT peers, business partners, customers and external resources
• Coordinate/collaborate in the  implementation of medium and large size projects globally
• Coordinate activities of internal and/or external resources according to project needs

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of software development and implementation experience
• Experience in data modeling and database development using relational databases such as SQL
• Hands on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling
• Hands-on experience of custom application development using ABAP, Javascript or Python

Preferred Experience:

• Developing applications on cloud platforms (GCP)
• Experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance SAP applications
