Job Summary

The IT Asset Manager has overall responsibility for the ABM IT Asset Management team. In this role, you will be creating, maintaining, and improving Asset Management strategies as a key function of the firm. You will be working with Finance, Procurement, and technology groups within ABM, as the IT Asset Manager will coordinate the life-cycle management for all hardware and software assets.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manages the hardware and software product lifecycle
• Maintains and monitors hardware/software catalog to ensure compliance
• Identifies savings opportunities for renewals, software licensing, and services
• Track software subscriptions and licenses, working with Procurement to maintain compliance
• Track and manage equipment leases and replacement processes
• Meter and review software and hardware utilization and make recommendations on requirements
• Continually reviewing ITAM processes and policies for improvement and enhancement opportunities
• Interacts with Finance as appropriate

Minimum Requirements

Education, Required Skills & Competencies

• 5+ years of IT Asset Management leadership experience required
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Current certifications with recognized IT Asset Management professional groups preferred
• Works well with a focused team and evolving environment
• Ability to manage a team that is fully remote
• Ability to be 100% efficient in a remote work environment
• Remote work position
• No meaningful travel expected
